We’re hiring a Photovoltaic Installation Supervisor, someone with strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and a genuine passion for renewable energy. You'll be part of a forward-thinking team that’s reshaping Cyprus' energy landscape, one installation at a time.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in electrical installations (experience with PV systems will be considered an advantage).
- Problem-solving mindset and on-site decision-making confidence.
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct site assessments and planning
- Install mounting systems (racking, brackets, etc.)
- Secure solar panels to roofs, ground mounts, or structures
- Connect panels to the electrical system (inverters, batteries, etc.)
- Install wiring, conduit, disconnects, and safety systems
- Connect PV systems to inverters and integrate with the building’s electrical grid
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Technical training in electrical, renewable energy, or construction (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in solar PV installation, electrical work, or general construction (entry-level roles may include on-the-job training)
- Experience working at heights or on rooftops is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and safety standards
- Teamwork and communication skills
- A customer service–oriented approach
